What Is This Service?

As authorized representatives, we complete Section 2 of Form I-9 for employers and remote hires, verifying identity and employment authorization documents in person.

Who Needs This?

  • Employers onboarding remote new hires
  • New employees needing in-person I-9 verification
  • HR teams without a local authorized representative

How the Process Works

  1. 1

Employer designates us as their authorized representative.

  2. 2

The employee brings original acceptable documents (List A or List B+C).

  3. 3

We examine the documents and complete Section 2.

  4. 4

The completed I-9 is returned to the employer.

Required Identification

  • Original unexpired List A document, OR List B + List C documents per USCIS guidance
All signers must personally appear with valid, unexpired photo ID. IDs must be original — not photocopies.
