What Is This Service?

Trust documents must be notarized to be valid. We notarize living trusts, trust amendments, certifications of trust, and related documents, ensuring every signature is properly acknowledged.

Who Needs This?

  • Individuals establishing a living trust
  • Families amending an existing trust
  • Estate planning clients needing notarized certifications of trust

How the Process Works

  1. 1

Book a mobile or office appointment.

  2. 2

Bring your trust documents unsigned, with all required signers.

  3. 3

We verify ID and notarize each signature.

  4. 4

Witnesses are coordinated when the document requires them.

Required Identification

  • Unexpired photo ID for every trust signer
  • Witnesses if required by the trust instrument
All signers must personally appear with valid, unexpired photo ID. IDs must be original — not photocopies.
