Power of Attorney

General, limited, healthcare, and durable powers of attorney — notarized correctly the first time.

Starting at $10 per notarial act + travel

What Is This Service?

A Power of Attorney (POA) authorizes someone to act on your behalf. We notarize general, limited, durable, and healthcare POAs, and can help coordinate witnesses when required by the receiving institution.

Who Needs This?

  • Adults authorizing a family member or agent
  • Caregivers managing a loved one’s affairs
  • Business owners designating authorized representatives
  • Anyone preparing a healthcare power of attorney

How the Process Works

  1. 1

Schedule an appointment and share any institution-specific POA form.

  2. 2

The principal appears in person with valid ID.

  3. 3

We notarize the principal’s signature and any required acknowledgments.

  4. 4

Witnesses are arranged if the form requires them.

Required Identification

  • Unexpired photo ID for the principal
  • Witnesses if required by the form or receiving institution
All signers must personally appear with valid, unexpired photo ID. IDs must be original — not photocopies.
