We do not collect payment card numbers directly — all payments are processed securely through Stripe and Venmo.

• To schedule, confirm, and fulfill notary appointments
• To send appointment reminders and confirmations via email
• To manage notary partner accounts and subscriptions
• To communicate with you about your bookings or account
• To improve our services and respond to inquiries

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Documents you upload for notarization are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of your appointment. We do not retain, share, or access your documents beyond what is necessary to fulfill the notarial service. All uploaded documents are handled in compliance with applicable NC notary law.

We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Assigned Notary: Your appointment details are shared with the notary assigned to your booking.
• Payment Processors: Stripe and Venmo process payments — subject to their own privacy policies.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or court order.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to contact us immediately at (919) 849-5002 if you believe your information has been compromised.

• Delete your account and associated data

Our app uses minimal session-based storage to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising trackers.
