Respectful notary visits to assisted living and nursing facilities.

Starting at $10 per notarial act + travel

What Is This Service?

We visit assisted living and nursing home residents to notarize powers of attorney, advance directives, and estate documents — with patience and respect for each resident’s dignity.

Who Needs This?

  • Residents of nursing and assisted-living facilities
  • Families coordinating a loved one’s care paperwork
  • Facility administrators arranging resident notarizations

How the Process Works

  1. 1

Provide the facility name, resident, and document details.

  2. 2

We schedule a visit and confirm facility access rules.

  3. 3

The resident appears with ID and signs knowingly.

  4. 4

We notarize on site and coordinate witnesses if needed.

Required Identification

  • Unexpired photo ID for the resident signer
  • Witnesses if required by the document
All signers must personally appear with valid, unexpired photo ID. IDs must be original — not photocopies.
